The Anchor

This trail descends into the deeper seas of Syros, where an intriguing discovery awaits. Over a century ago, an anchor was released from a Greek traditional vessel that found itself unable to set sail. This remarkable anchor, approximately 2 meters in height, now lies submerged at a depth of 36 meters. This extraordinary dive offers an opportunity for experienced divers to uncover the hidden treasures of Syros’ underwa- ter world.
